SERVICES

I believe that each client I work with is unique and therefore my approach with each client is unique to the individual as well. As a result, the treatment approaches I use are diverse and I often integrate mindfulness-based techniques into traditional therapeutic treatment plans.

I use personality type assessment to help clients develop an awareness of their functional preferences for experiencing and understanding events and to deepen their understanding of their priority of needs. These include the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator; Jung Typology Profiler for the Workplace; Striving Styles; and the Emotional Quotient Inventory.

I use dynamic coaching with leaders in organizations to help develop emotional intelligence, behavioral competence, and relationship skills. I also provide business relationship coaching and counseling for individuals who are experiencing difficulties with their business because of conflict in primary business relationships (partners, leadership groups, boards, etc.). I also offer counseling, consultation, trainings, and seminars that can help your organizational or individual potential meet its fullest realization.

I use cognitive approaches, with those individuals who are immersed in painful feelings and are in need of more connection with their logical and rational mind. This includes cognitive behavior therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.

I use psychodynamic approaches using many theoretical models including attachment theory for issues relating to childhood and family.

I use mindfulness-based approaches to help individuals change their relationship to their thoughts, feelings and pain. These approaches include Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
