There is more right with you, than wrong with you . . . .
We all want to know more about ourselves, our personality; what motivates us; our unique abilities and characteristics; how we like to lead or our leadership style; assertiveness skills; team role preferences; our relationship style; our ability to handle stress - in order to better understand the impact you have on others and how to perform more effectively. The history of personality tests dates back to the dawning of awareness in the consciousness of humans when we asked the question. "What am I?" No sooner did we realize that there were differences in human behaviors, we had to understand why.
Personality assessments allow us to understand the nature of our personalities from a number of different perspectives or models: for example, our preferred mental functions (decision-making and information gathering), our core values, or our emotional and social functioning. Whatever method of assessment you choose for gaining insight into your personality, knowing yourself as well as knowing others leads to better communication and understanding, thus allowing everybody to live a better and more harmonious life.

Striving Styles
Striving energies are innate energy centers in the brain that move us to activity and organize our behaviour toward a goal. They are observable patterns of behaviour that are easily recognized as a "Striving Style".

Personality Type
Personality Type is based on Carl Jung's theory of Psychological Type. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Jung Profiler are assessments that have been developed to determine your personality preferences.

Emotional Intelligence Assessment
We use Emotional Intelligence testing when working with individuals to assess our clients' current ability to manage their emotions and to assert themselves.
