Telephone Therapy


Lately it has become increasingly more difficult to fit everything into a day’s schedule. To meet the needs of people who are unable to go to a therapist’s office, I offer telephone therapy and Skype sessions .

A recent study found that “People taking antidepressant drugs for a bout of depression do particularly well, at least over a 6-month period, if they take part in a program that includes telephone therapy.” This study was written in Science News, Aug. 2014.

There are many reasons why individuals are unable to come to a therapist’s office and there are many advantages to telephone or Skype therapy. For example:
